Note
- Registration fees includes conference kit, snacks, lunch from 5/12/2025 to 7/12/2025, special dinner on 6/12/2025.
- Accommodation will be provided in the institute guest house/hostels on a prior request/payment basis. It is purely first come- first serve basis. Other than institute guest house, many sophisticated hotels are available at Rourkela. For accommodation at institute guest house, please contact the convener or chairman through the following email at the earliest. The participants who register after the due date of registration will have to make their own arrangements.
Instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting Online Registration Form.- Registration is compulsory for all participants.
- No additional charge is required for publication (if accepted).
- Please mention “ICSP 2025” in the place of remark/comment at the time of online transfer of the registration fee.
- Transaction details (receipt of Online transfer/ bank transfer) should be sent to the Organizing Secretary by email ( 4th.icsp2025@gmail.com ).
- Registration fee also covers particiaption/ Paper Presentations (if accepted) in the sessions of the conference. Certificate will be provided after successful participation in this conference.
- Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Partial payment of registraition fee is not accepted and money paid in excess will not be refunded.
- Registration Fee has to be paid through direct fund transfer to the following bank account within due date.

How to Register
- Step1: Pay the Registration fee through direct fund transfer to the above bank account within due date.
- Step2: Send the proof of payment of registration fee to the Secretary by email to 4th.icsp2025@gmail.com.
- Step3: Submit the Online Registration Form.
